"Showed up way quicker than expected"
I ordered a few bits and, uh, they actually arrived much faster than I thought they would. I got updates along the way, everything was packed fine, and there was no hassle at all. Really happy with how quick it turned up.

I’ve bought a few bits for the house from Sass & Belle now, and I’ll admit I’m probably a bit biased because their style is very much my kind of thing. Everything I’ve picked up has looked really sweet in person, and for the price, I’ve been genuinely impressed.
Delivery was perfectly fine too, nothing over the top, but it arrived without any hassle. I’d definitely order again, especially when I’m after cute little gifts or something decorative that doesn’t cost loads.

I ordered a few little home bits from Sass & Belle and they were really cute, pretty much what I expected. The only thing was the delivery took looonger than I thought it would, and the tracking wasn’t super helpful either. Not a terrible experience or anything, just not the smoothest. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush

I only ordered a few small bits, so I was glad the delivery charge didn’t feel over the top at checkout. For a bigger order I might not notice it as much, but for what I bought, it seemed fair. The parcel arrived without any issues too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Helpful service, but replies took a while"
I was in a bit of a rush to get my order sorted, so waiting around for replies was kind of stressful. Customer service was friendly and did help fix the issue in the end, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I expected, so that part was frustrating. Nice people, just wish the response time had been quicker...

I got clear emails about my order and delivery, which I really appreciated. Were the updates instant? No, not exactly. But they came through often enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on, what more do you really need?

"Damaged at first, but they fixed it"
One of the items turned up damaged, which was frustrating because it was supposed to be a gift. Weirdly, I still remember the box had this bright green sticker on it that said “checked,” which made it even more annoying. I emailed them and it took a couple of days to get a reply, but once I sent photos they arranged a replacement. Not exactly a flawless experience, but they did sort it in the end, so fair enough.

I ordered a few small bits for the house from Sass & Belle and, for what I wanted, I’m really pleased with them. The quality feels genuinely nice, not that thin, flimsy kind of decor you sometimes get when ordering cheaper pieces online. The colours were pretty much exactly like the photos too, which is always a relief. One of the items was a gift and my friend really liked it. I’d definitely order again, especially for cute little home touches or presents

One item was missing from my order, but they got it sorted and sent it out quickly. These things happen, and for me it’s more about how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, they made it easy and didn’t turn it into a big hassle.

"Nice site, just a little clunky"
I had an okay time using the website, but it wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. A few pages took longer to load, and the filters didn’t always make it easier to narrow things down while browsing. Checkout worked fine in the end, but it took me a few extra clicks to get where I needed to go. Overall, it’s not a bad site, but I left feeling like it could be a lot easier and less frustrating to use.

"I ordered a personalised gift from Sass & Belle..."
I ordered a personalised gift from Sass & Belle and I was actually quite pleased with it. Picking the options was simple enough, and the name looked really nice when it arrived. I do think they could have more fonts or colours to choose from, although I guess if there were too many options I’d probably take forever deciding anyway. For the price, it felt like a good buy. Delivery was fine too, nothing went wrong, so can’t really complain
